Each piece is made by hand with careful attention to detail. Because of this, our production times may vary depending on the complexity of the design.

Please allow 6–8 weeks for most pieces to be crafted and dispatched. For pieces involving special techniques or custom finishes, the timeframe may extend to 10–12 weeks.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

All orders are shipped free of charge via a tracked and signed-for courier service. Once your order is ready, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details.

For international orders:

Prices are shown excluding Value Added Tax (VAT) for deliveries outside the UK.

Customs duties and local taxes are not included and may vary depending on the destination country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing your order.
