Production Time
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, our jewellery is made to order.
The current estimated production time is displayed on each product page and begins once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received.
Production times are estimates only and may vary slightly depending on workshop capacity, material availability or the complexity of the piece.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Once your order has been completed, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched using a fully tracked and insured delivery service. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates only. While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery Address

We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at tatiana@pavlova.london as soon as possible.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a suitable resolution.
