Inspired by gold filigree earrings from the Fatimid period, The Arabesque Earrings reinterpret the delicate complexity of historic wirework through contemporary computational design.
Conceived as an heirloom, they are designed to be worn, cherished, and passed down through generations.
The architectural form is created using the traditional lost-wax casting process, while the hinges, hemispheres and fine details are handcrafted and assembled by hand. Every pair is hallmarked and meticulously hand-finished in London.

Height: 33.7 mm
Width: 17 mm
As each pair is handcrafted, slight variations in size and finish are part of its unique character.

Please allow 6-8 weeks for your piece to be handcrafted.
As each piece is made to order, it cannot be returned unless it has a manufacturing defect.

Key Features

  • Metal

    18ct Yellow Gold

Gold is a rare and enduring precious metal, valued for its beauty, warmth, and resistance to time. We use recycled gold, sourced from existing precious metals and refined to the same standards as newly mined gold, helping to reduce environmental impact. It does not tarnish or corrode over time, making it a perfect choice for jewellery.

  • Design

    Computational Design

Rather than replicating historic techniques, these earrings reinterpret medieval filigree through computational design. Parametric modelling enables a level of precision and complexity that would be impossible to achieve by hand alone.
