Inspired by a historic ring I encountered at the Apothecary Museum in Heidelberg in 2015, this contemporary Memento Mori ring honours a centuries-old tradition of symbolic jewellery.
Each ring is individually made to order in London from solid 18ct recycled gold, officially hallmarked, laser engraved and hand-finished. Conceived as a modern heirloom, it is designed to be worn, treasured and passed down through generations.

Key Features

  • Metal

    18ct Yellow Gold

Gold is a rare and enduring precious metal, valued for its beauty, warmth, and resistance to time. We use recycled gold, sourced from existing precious metals and refined to the same standards as newly mined gold, helping to reduce environmental impact. It does not tarnish or corrode over time, making it a perfect choice for jewellery.

  • Signature Detail

    Vitreous Enamel

Created using the centuries-old technique of vitreous enamelling, the skull is formed from layers of finely ground glass fused to metal at high temperatures. The result is a durable, luminous surface that brings depth and symbolism to the Memento Mori design.

  • Making Process

    3D Laser Engraving

Every piece is the result of countless design iterations and test engravings before the final version is made. Using an ultra-fine 3D laser, I achieve exceptionally precise details that bring depth, texture, and character to each design.
